Born in the Staffordshire County during the later years of the 19th century, this Wedgwood & Co. stoneware plate features an exquisite chinoiserie decor, presenting architectures, landscapes, two birds and a few discreet characters. The raised edge is adorned with a stunning latticed decor with linear scrolls, beautifully focusing our attention on the central scene standing out beautifully, with its blue details, on the white ground. This English late 19th century plate, printed Stoneware Wedgwood & Co. in the back, will bring a touch of elegance to any dining room, kitchen or living room.
