Born in the Faïencerie de Salins (Eastern France) during second half of the 19th century, each of this set of Majolica asparagus plates features a green, turquoise and purple décor standing out beautifully on a white ground. The asparagus adorn the left side of each plate, while their leaves seem to run under the central cross that accentuates the concave center. With their delicate décor and lovely colors, these French 19th century Salins Majolica asparagus plates will be great decorative additions to any dining table. They are priced $195 each.
