A French Louis XV style walnut four-drawer table with cabriole legs from the mid 19th century. This walnut table features a rectangular top with rounded edges, overhanging an apron comprising a drawer on each side. This apron is scalloped on all sides, allowing the table to float in any room. The delicate outline of this scalloping gives a great sense of depth to the ensemble. The table is raised on four cabriole legs resting on hoofed feet. This table would work perfectly as a small dining table, breakfast table, desk or game table. With its graceful Louis XV lines, wonderful patina and convenient versatility, this French table circa 1850 will be an excellent choice for any home, perhaps placed in a kitchen, dining room or office.
