French 1850s Painted Door-Window with Arched Top from Nunnery in Western France

This French mid-19th century painted wood door-window (porte-fenêtre in French) was originally placed in the sewing room of a nunnery in the western part of France. Made of an exquisite arched top with paneled glass, the tall windows feature their original paint made of a creamy egg-shell color. The hardware is in good condition. Ready to be installed by your architect or interior designer, this tall French window with arched top, circa 1850 would bring its relaxed elegance to any room.
