A French cherry wood two part bookcase with glass doors over three drawers and three doors from the early 20th century. This French cherry cabinet features a molded cornice sitting above three inset glass doors. Each door opens to reveal three inner shelves offering ample storage opportunities. This upper cabinet sits atop a lower section made of three thin dovetailed frieze drawers opening with round brass pulls and three cherry doors adorned with recessed panels. The sides are simply decorated with recessed panels echoing the décor of the lower doors of the façade. The ensemble is raised on early bracket feet, whose delicately curved lines contrast beautifully with the linearity of the piece. The clean lines, along with the rich blond hue of the cherry wood, will make this French 1900s glass door bookcase a stylish choice for any living room, dining room, library or office.
