Two French four-handled terracotta urns from the early 18th century with nicely weathered appearance, priced and sold individually. Each of these French urns features a nice patina, witnessing their age and function. The tall elongated terracotta bodies are each adorned with four handles whose lines are reminiscent of swan necks. The upper section of each urn is adorned with discreetly incised motifs that seem to connect the handles to one another. Each urn has a different level of wear with one more pronounced than the other. With their charming silhouette and aged patina, these two French terracotta urns, circa 1700, will bring a touch of authenticity to any garden or patio. We are selling them $2,550 each.
