A French Louis XV period painted wood bergère chair with its ottoman from the mid-18th century with new upholstery. This French bergère chair features a light grey green painted body made of a slightly slanted back and partially upholstered arms. The chair is upholstered in a single welt cotton upholstery with custom-made cushion. The ottoman is upholstered in the same manner. Both items are raised on delicate cabriole legs with scrolled feet. With its comfortable seating, elegantly curved Silhouette typical of the Rocaille taste of the Louis XV period, this set of French bergère chair and ottoman will bring a distinguished presence to any living room or bedroom.
