A French Louis XV style walnut side table from the mid-19th century with single drawer and hoofed feet. Born during the reign of France's last Emperor Napoleon III, this French walnut side table features a rectangular top with molded edges and canted corners, sitting above a long frieze drawer. Opening with a brass ring pull, this dovetailed drawer rests on a discreetly carved apron. The table is raised on four elegant cabriole legs with cut-out motifs on the knees, and hoofed feet adorned with acanthus leaves.
