Created in France during the 19th century, each of this pair of fauteuils features a slanted camelback, connected to two open arms with slightly splaying scrolling extremities. Each armchair has been reupholstered with a simple double welt fabric whose neutral tone compliments the walnut grain beautifully. Raised on cabriole legs connected to one another through X-form cross stretchers and adorned with carved scrolling foliage on the apron, this pair of French Régence style 19th century armchairs will bring a refined presence to any living room or bedroom.
