SOLD - A French stoneware spirit barrel from the 19th century made into a table lamp with shade, mounted on a circular wooden base. Created in France during the 19th century, this spirit barrel was produced by a British company located on the Rue de Rivoli in Paris. Adorned with the label 'Manufacturer of Carbon Filters' followed by '200 Rue de Rivoli Paris', the belly is also accented with the British coat of arms. Raised on a circular wooden base and topped with a tapered drum shade, this 19th century Franco English stoneware spirit barrel made into a lamp will be a lovely addition to any chest, buffet or side table.
