A French Louis XV style bergère chair from the 19th century, with carved floral motifs and new upholstery. Created in France during the 19th century, this Louis XV style wooden bergère features a slightly slanted back with carved flowers on the crest, connected to two upholstered arms with scrolling extremities. The seat, comprising of a custom cushion, is resting on four cabriole legs with carved floral decor. The seat (which is 22.5"D and 16"H), back and arms have been recently reupholstered with a neutral colored double welt fabric complimenting the sinuous lines beautifully. With its delicate decor and graceful silhouette, this Louis XV style 19th century French bergère chair will bring an elegant presence to any living room or bedroom.
