Pair of French 1890s Louis XVI Style Painted Wood Bergère Chairs with Upholstery

A pair of French Louis XVI style painted wood wingback bergère chairs from the late 19th century, with carved décor and new upholstery. The chair is raised on four fluted legs, highlighted with carved rosettes on the front knees and a low-relief carved motif on the skirt. With their graceful neoclassical lines and exquisite décor, these French Louis XVI style bergère armchairs circa 1890, will bring a touch of elegance to any home, particularly in a living room or bedroom. Each seat is 20" H x 19 .5" D, while the arms are 23" H.
