A tall English etched mouth blown glass flower vase mounted on sterling silver base with floral motifs from the late 19th century. This thin flower vase features a delicate blown glass body with wide lip, adorned with foliage and fruit motifs etched on its surround. These motifs are reprised on the sterling silver base, in a rather discreet manner. This circular base is adorned with gadroon motifs, whose convex silhouettes respond beautifully to the concave shape of its upper section. With its elegant design and delicate décor, this English tall vase circa 1890 will accentuate any chest of drawers, console table or table top beautifully.
