A pair of French crystal eight-light wall sconces from the 19th century, with iron armature. Born in France during the 19th century, each of this pair of sconces is topped with a crystal obelisk, surrounded by delicate scrolls supporting delicate pendeloques, smooth crystals and rosettes. The iron armature presents a tiered structure made of three scrolling arms followed by five arms, all supporting the bobèches and their candle sleeves. Wired for the US, these French 19th century crystal and iron wall sconces will enliven any room beautifully, perhaps anchoring an enfilade, credenza or console table.
