SOLD: A French Louis XVI style painted wood trumeau mirror from the 19th century, with ribbon-tied quiver and arrows, birds and olive branches. Created in France during the 19th century, this Louis XVI style trumeau features a molded cornice sitting above an elegant façade. The upper section is carved with ribbon-tied quiver and arrows from which are hanging a wicker basket. The lower part showcases a nicely antiqued mirror, surrounded by rais-de-cœur and beaded motifs. With its clean lines perfectly complimented by a soft colored painted finish, this 19th century French Louis XVI style trumeau mirror will bring a graceful touch to any home, perhaps hung above a credenza, buffet or console table.
