An antique English Victorian period leather case and horseshoe button box from the 19th century, with eleven buttons. Created in England during the reign of Queen Victoria, this leather set features a light brown pouch with stitched trim, opening thanks to a snap button. The pouch is in good condition with signs of aging on the leather, expected to be seen on such a piece. The case itself measured 5.5" W x 3.75" D x 0.5" H. Boasting a darker brown patina, a button box completes the ensemble. It is adorned on its removable lid with a horseshoe motif surrounded by a stitched trim. This lid can be removed to reveal 11 buttons. The button box measures 2.75"W x 2.6"D x 2"H.
