A set of 8 English Lucy Dawson prints from the 20th century, in black frames. We are also happy to sell the prints individually, $495 each. Created in England during the 20th century, each of this set of 11 prints, created by Lucy Dawson, features a dog sketched on a neutral background. Dawson (1875–1954), famous for her portraits of dogs, was commissioned numerous times by the Royal Family to produce portraits of their family pet. The terrier breed is most present in her sketches, due to the popularity of the breed in England at the time. From "The Afternoon Nap" to the "Portrait of a West Highland Terrier", this 20th century English framed set of dog prints will be an excellent decorative addition to any wall!
