A Swedish late Gustavian painted and carved sideboard from the early 19th century, with two drawers over two doors. Created in Sweden during the second quarter of the 19th century, this painted sideboard features a rectangular top with canted corners in the front, adorned with a discreetly carved molding on the edge. The façade showcases two drawers separated from one another through a carved motif and sitting above two doors with diamond patterns flanked with fluted side posts. These doors open to reveal inner shelves while the ensemble is raised on four tapered feet angled in the front. Painted in a soft grey color, this Swedish late Gustavian sideboard circa 1830 will bring a touch of elegance to any living room or dining room.
