A pair of French Louis XIV style walnut fauteuils from the 19th century, with scrolling legs, cross stretchers and new upholstery. Created in France during the 19th century, each of this pair of armchairs features a slightly slanted camelback connected to two long scrolling arms, partially upholstered on the top. The seat, comprising of a custom cushion, is resting on four scrolling legs connected to one another through a curving cross-stretcher. With their elegant lines and walnut patina, this pair of 19th century French Louis XIV style fauteuils will be excellent additions to any living room or bedroom. The arms are 25" H.
