Created in Southern France during the reign of Louis XV le Bien-Aimé (nicknamed the Beloved) in the third quarter of the 18th century, each side of this pair of French doors from Montpellier features a symmetrical arrangement of curving molded panels at the top followed by smaller ones in size adorning the lower section. The ensemble showcases scrolling iron hardware whose dark color compliments the doors' grey painted finish beautifully. The back presents a similar décor, more subdued and without the front's hardware. The door frame measures 58.5"W x 96.75"H x 3.75"D. The doors themselves measure 54.25"W x 92"H.
