An Italian Liberty-style sculptural garden fountain, circa 1930, cast in marble grit. The composition centers on a seated female figure rendered in the flowing idiom of the Art Nouveau movement — the figure leans forward over a shell-form basin, her drapery and pose conveying the characteristic unity of figure and nature that defines the Liberty aesthetic.
