An antique Swedish farmhouse table dating to circa 1830–1850, crafted entirely from pine and originating from central Sweden. The table features a pale blue painted frame and gently tapered legs, complemented by an original white-painted top. Layers of earlier paint remain visible throughout, while areas of natural wear reveal the warm pine beneath, reflecting generations of use.
One long side of the apron incorporates a generously sized locking drawer retaining its original lock, functional key, and brass handle. The sturdy construction, simple proportions, and beautifully worn painted surfaces give the table the understated character associated with 19th-century Swedish country furniture.
