A French Louis XV period painted wood buffet with marbleized top, two doors and three drawers from the mid-18th century. This French buffet features a rectangular faux-marble top with rounded edges overhanging two carved doors flanking three small central drawers. The soft beige color of the body is beautifully accented with green outlines, highlighting the recessed cartouche decorated doors and drawers. Those doors each open to reveal two inner shelves. Raised on two scrolled legs in the front and two straight legs in the back, the nicely scalloped skirt brings this piece to its visual conclusion. Placed in a dining or living room, this French Louis XV buffet, circa 1750 will bring an elegant touch to any décor. Dimensions: 63" L x 20 3/4" D x 38 1/4" H
