On Hold - 19th Century French Chevet Table
This 19th-century French chevet table is a charming example of the period's fine craftsmanship and elegant design. Crafted primarily from rich walnut wood, the table exudes warmth and sophistication, showcasing the natural beauty of the wood’s grain. The table is topped with a luxurious piece of veined marble, which adds a touch of opulence and provides a durable surface for everyday use. The chevet table features classic French design elements, such as cabriole legs, which curve gracefully and give the piece a sense of lightness and movement. The front of the table includes a single, discreet drawer with a small brass pull, offering convenient storage. The apron and sides are gently curved, adding to the table’s refined silhouette. This table's petite size makes it versatile for use as a bedside table, side table, or accent piece in various settings.
