This pair of French bronze sconces features an exquisite Louis XVI style decor, beautifully organized around unusual arms, each showcasing a musical instrument (a horn) that supports a candle sleeve. The curve of the instrument lead the eye to the backplate, beautifully adorned with foliage hanging from a tied ribbon, typical of the Louis XVI era. The branches are extended with delicate tassels in their lower extremity.
